To our Network,
Over the last few weeks and especially the last few days we, like so many others, have been alarmed by the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and trying to navigate the uncertainty it has created.
With the latest developments unfolding on a daily basis, it has become clear that holding our JTFN LearningLab on March 24th in West Palm Beach as planned is no longer an option.
We apologize for the inconvenience this causes so many. As you can imagine, this decision was not made lightly. Our staff, the JTFN Advisory Board and partners with JFN spent long days researching, discussing options and exploring the best course of action in this unprecedented situation.
Our team at JTFN have been working with many of you around the country to make the JTFN LearningLab an incredible space for learning, engaging and connecting. However in light of the external situations we all facing, our primary concern now is to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of our network, our LearningLab registrants, our leadership and our team.
I want to express my deepest gratitude to Danielle Segal, Senior Program Manager, who has been working tirelessly to make this LearningLab happen as well as the JTFN team, the JFN staff, speakers, supporters and sponsors who have been fundamental supporters in working on this.
I also wish to thank so many of you who have reached out to offer support, assistance and creative solutions, or simply a word of encouragement and empathy. This is a clear demonstration of the commitment and care our network holds. Thank you to my JTFN Advisory Board Chair, Jeff Solomon and members for their confidence in enabling this decision to be made to ensure the safety and wellness of you all.
I hope you and your families and those around you stay healthy. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
