Chapter 6: Grantmaking
The grant making process can seem complicated and daunting. Jewish Youth Philanthropy programs can and should provide detailed guidance to participants, helping them to learn step-by-step about requests for proposals, reviewing proposals, performing site visits, grant distributions and evaluating the funded programs. The materials in this chapter can help teens become confident, informed decision makers and philanthropists.
